What is that, we have something similar to that in Western NC, it's called a war paint shiner. Instead of a red line going down it's side there's red just outside the gill plate.
That's gotta be in the front running for smallest fish so far! I wonder, did you set the hook on him and have him come flying out of the water like a silver bullet?

ReplyDeleteIn my household we call that a "What the F&*%" As in "what the F^&* is on the end of my line?
Now thats funny caught a 12" redband with something like that in it's mouth thought they were baitfish not the catch of the day.
